Shipping Information

JUNE 2024 UPDATE: Some of our products require additional time to prepare, create and then ensure the highest quality. Therefore, it may be 6-8 days before we can ship your items.  Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Shipping information:

For all New Zealand - Sent by tracked Courier

• Small weight package - $6.50 (stickers, lanyards, etc.)
• Medium weight package - $8.20
• Large weight package - $10.00
• Digital items - Free.
• Order over $99 - Free.

All orders are sent out Monday to Friday. All completed weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.

No Pick up available, unless otherwise stated.

No overseas/international shipping options available.

Please double check you have entered the correct address. If your address has unit numbers please double check it is correct to ensure you receive your parcel.

Your order will be made after payment has been processed, and received. I will create your order, pack it ready for shipping. You'll receive an email with a tracking number. (Please check your email address you entered at check out is correct.) Please allow 3-5 days extra on top of shipping if you have ordered personalised items.

If you have not received your order 14 days after I have sent your tracking number email, please use your tracking number on the shipping carrier website to track your parcel. Otherwise give them a call or email to see where your parcel is.

Please note that sometimes the postal service gets busy at different times of the year.
