Gewa Crafts Wholesale Policy

At Gewa Crafts, we are excited to offer wholesale opportunities for businesses looking to stock our unique, handcrafted products. Please review our wholesale terms below before placing an order.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• The minimum wholesale order is 50 items in total.
• For scrunchies, a minimum of 20 per design is required.
• For keyrings, a minimum of 50 per design is required.
• For apparel, a minimum of 50 per design is required.
• For tote bags, a minimum of 10 per design is required.
• For custom orders, MOQ may vary based on the complexity of the design.

2. Wholesale Pricing & Discounts

• Wholesale prices are exclusive to approved resellers and are not to be shared publicly.
• Bulk discounts may apply for larger orders—please inquire for a quote.
• Prices are in NZD and do not include GST (if applicable).

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before production.
• We accept payments via bank transfer or Hnry (for invoicing).
• Orders will only be processed once payment is received.

4. Processing & Production Time

• Orders typically take 2-4 weeks for production, depending on volume.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Free shipping is available for wholesale orders over $250 NZD.
• We currently ship within New Zealand. International orders may be considered on request.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• All wholesale orders are final sale.
• In the rare event of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or credit.
• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

7. Custom Orders & Branding

• We offer custom branding (e.g., your logo on packaging or products) for an additional fee.
• Please allow extra production time for custom orders.

8. Selling Guidelines

• Resellers must not list Gewa Crafts products below the suggested retail price.
• Reselling on third-party platforms such as Trade Me, Amazon, or Etsy is not allowed.
• Wholesale buyers must clearly credit Gewa Crafts when marketing or displaying our products.

9. How to Apply for Wholesale

Interested in stocking Gewa Crafts products? Send us an email at [hello@gewacrafts.com] with:

• Your business name & website (or social media page)
• NZBN (if registered)
• The products you’re interested in ordering
• Estimated quantity

Once approved, we will send you a wholesale order form and pricing details.

10. Order Cancellations & Changes

• Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun.
• If a request for cancellation is made before production starts, a partial refund may be offered at Gewa Crafts’ discretion.

11. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Wholesale buyers may not copy, reproduce, or modify Gewa Crafts designs for their own production.
• Any custom-branded products remain the property of the client, but Gewa Crafts retains rights to general product designs.

12. Liability Disclaimer

• Gewa Crafts is not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal claims resulting from how resellers market or sell the products.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or supplier shortages.

13. Agreement to Terms

• By placing a wholesale order, the buyer agrees to all terms in this Wholesale Policy.
• Gewa Crafts reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
