Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately I cannot allow pick up for orders, because we create everything at our family home, unless otherwise stated.
What does "Made to Order" mean on some of your products?
Because we are small business and create from our home, unfortunately we have limited storage space. This means we may have to order some items that are not in stock from our supplier, after you have placed your order. Once it arrives at our home, we create and ship it out as soon as possible.
How long until I get my order?
From when we receive your order, we should be able to ship it out within 1-3 business days if all supplies are available.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently. We will explore this option in the near future.
I want a custom product made up can you do that?
Yes! Send an email to hello@gewacrafts.com with the subject line Custom Order and your name.
Can you do bulk orders?
Yes, we can do bulk orders. Please contact hello@gewacrafts.com to discuss with Subject line: Bulk order and your name.
I made an error on my personalised items, can I change it?
Unfortunately because it is a personalised item, we are unable to make any changes once you have paid for your order. We make your item/s as soon as the order is paid. We advise our customers to double check the personalisation is correct before placing an order. But please email us as soon as possible, we may be able to fix it.
If you receive a faulty item please get in touch as soon as possible, with your order number, first and last name.
Do you accept bank deposits?
Yes, just message me your order and I'll send an invoice out to you. Please note that payment must be received before any orders are started.
I got a freebie, can I exchange it for something else?
We give away freebies as way to show our thanks to our customers for supporting us. Sometimes we give our VIP Loyal customers unreleased products for them to try and keep. We do not expect anything in return for sending these free gifts. We also do not except exchanges/returns/refunds for these freebies.
