 Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately I cannot allow pick up for orders unless otherwise stated.

How long until I get my order?

The time it takes depends on the number of orders we received before yours, and then we have to ship it out to you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We will be offering this service later in the year.

I want a custom product made up can you do that?

Yes! Send an email to hello@gewacrafts.com with the subject line Custom Order and your name.

Can you do bulk orders?

Yes, we can do bulk orders. Please contact hello@gewacrafts.com to discuss with Subject line: Bulk order and your name.

I made an error on my personalised items, can I change it?

Unfortunately because it is a personalised item, we are unable to make any changes once you have paid for your order. We make your item/s as soon as the order is paid. We advise our customers to double check the personalisation is correct before placing an order. But please email us as soon as possible, we may be able to fix it.

If you receive a faulty item please get in touch as soon as possible, with your order number, first and last name.

Email: [hello@gewacrafts.com] with the subject line: Custom Order and your name. Or contact us via INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK Messenger and we'll contact you within 24 hours to discuss the details.
