Gewa Crafts October 2024 Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Organiser

   • This giveaway is organised by Gewa Crafts (the "Organiser"), based in Auckland, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

   • The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter.

3. Entry Period

   • The giveaway starts on Thursday 17/10/2024 and ends on Thursday 24/10/2024 at 11:59 PM NZT. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

   • To enter the giveaway, participants must:
     • Like the giveaway post, posted on TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.
     • Comment which country/island/village you represent.
   • Participants can enter across all participating platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
   • Each valid entry across all platforms will be included in the draw, and winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

5. Prizes

   • Facebook Prize pack: 1x Fuluola Earrings, 1x Niue Vibes Bag & 1x Niue Island T-shirt.
   • Tiktok Prize pack: 1x Fuluola Earrings, 1x Niue Vibes Bag & 1x Niue Island T-shirt.
   • Instagram Prize pack: 1x Fuluola Earrings, 1x Niue Vibes Bag & 1x Niue Island T-shirt.
   • All prize packs are worth $75 NZD.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Winner Selection

   • Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
   • The winners will be notified via Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook within 24 hours of the giveaway closing date.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 4 days of notification, Gewa Crafts reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Prize Delivery

   • Prizes will be shipped within 8 - 10 days of the winner confirming their delivery details.
   • Gewa Crafts will not be responsible for any delays, loss, or damage of prizes during delivery.

8. Returns and Exchanges

   • Prizes cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for other products.
   • If the prize received is damaged or defective, Gewa Crafts must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Gewa Crafts will provide a replacement if available.

9. Liability

   • Gewa Crafts shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
   • Gewa Crafts is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants.

10. Privacy

    • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Gewa Crafts' Privacy Policy.
    • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting winners.

11. General Conditions

    • Gewa Crafts reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Organizer's control.
    • Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Organizer.

12. Governing Law

    • This giveaway and its terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

13. Acceptance of Terms

    • By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. Beware of Scams

    • Gewa Crafts will never ask participants to pay any money to enter this giveaway or to claim a prize.
    • The official Gewa Crafts account will be the only one to contact winners. We will never ask for personal financial information, passwords, or other sensitive details.
    • Participants should be cautious of any other accounts or individuals claiming to represent Gewa Crafts. If you receive suspicious messages or are unsure about the legitimacy of any communication, please contact us directly through our official social media channels.
    • Gewa Crafts is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from scams or fraudulent activities related to this giveaway.
